Why should you be custom fit?

Poorly fit clubs are like a poorly fit suit. It doesn’t matter how soft and pretty the fabric is, if it doesn’t fit. Who would spend $500 – $1000 on a suit that was sized S – M – L? That’s what happens when you buy a Driver sized              A – R – S. There are at least 12 frequencies (sizes) in each flex. Why settle for a size range when you can be much more precise?

Robot testing has determined a perfect frequency for every MPH of swing speed.Your clubs should be built to that frequency to allow you to adequately flex the shaft. Your set can be frequency matched to your individual swing speed, spined, flo-ed (flat line oscillated), length/loft/lie adjusted, assembled, and delivered for less than manufactured sets, due to their high marketing costs. Club repair has expanded.

Prescription Golf has added 3 new locations where you can drop off your clubs for repair. Pinebrook Country Club, Tanglewood, and Oak Valley have agreed to allow golfers to drop off clubs needing attention during Pro Shop hours for your convenience. Clubs will be picked up and returned on Tuesdays and Fridays to ensure  a quick turn around. All repairs will be attended to by a Mitchell certified repair technician with an unsurpassed reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.

Prescription Golf has gone “mobile”

As of November 1st, I have chosen to give up my current location and become a “ mobile club fitting” service. I believe there are many golfers in the Triad that would choose the option of custom fitted clubs, if available. By traveling to different golf venues, I hope to introduce more golfers to clubs that fit their individual swing characteristics so they can experience the difference that custom golf clubs can make!
